Walk‑ins are often possible, but booking 24 hours ahead is recommended in summer.

Do you provide equipment?

Yes — all equipment is included free of charge.

Where are you located?

On Perranporth Beach in summer; at Piran Surf in winter.

Are lessons still held in bad weather?

Yes, as long as conditions are safe for beginners.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes — the main beach promenade car park overlooks our summer base.

Can you store my belongings?

Yes — we provide secure, dry storage boxes.

Are there showers and toilets?

Yes — both are available within 100m of our summer base.

Last year my daughter had her first surfing lesson with Perranporth Surf School. She has not looked back since! We always stay in Perranporth once or twice a year, and will ALWAYS book lessons with Perranporth Surf School. Kate and her team have always been extremely accommodating booking in lessons. My daughter has had several instructors whom have all been fabulous. Would highly recommend this surf school if you’re interested in learning to surf. You won’t regret it
